About Tobias Pasma

# Bringing structure to commercial systems under pressure.

I work where strategy has to become reality: sales process, CRM architecture, reporting, automation, ownership, and adoption.

This usually means bringing logic, structure, and calm into messy situations: post-merger integration, unclear operating models, local exceptions, overloaded teams, and systems that no longer reflect how the business actually works.

Outside work, I spend as much time as I can in the Swedish forests — a useful counterweight to CRM architecture, stakeholder maps, and commercial operating models.

**The standard**

My work is not to make the deck sharper. It is to make the business easier to run after the meeting ends.

Cases & scenarios

## Evidence from the work, without the identifying details.

These scenarios are deliberately anonymized. They show the operating problem, the intervention, and the kind of traction created, without naming organisations, figures, or sensitive details.

1. ### Post-acquisition commercial integration

*Analytical software provider for finance professionals*

After an acquisition, a new business unit needed sharper propositions, clearer marketing and sales materials, and a commercial story the team could take to market. The work was interim and practical: make the new unit easier to sell, explain, and operate without overcomplicating the model.
2. ### Customer strategy after a business model shift

   *Administrative software provider for SMBs*

A company was trying to move from traditional software to SaaS, but leadership had become stuck across product, marketing, sales, and customer service. A structured interview and alignment process helped management agree on a clearer customer-focused strategy, including what had to change in the product roadmap.
3. ### Sales and marketing reset after a pivot

   *Lab automation scale-up*

After a strategic pivot from hardware sales to a software-led model with a hardware component, sales and marketing processes no longer matched how the business worked. The intervention was to redefine opportunities, clean up handoffs, and translate the new direction into daily commercial execution.
4. ### Local compliance inside global operating models

   *Global healthtech company*

A global consent management rollout required local teams to implement processes that were locally compliant without breaking the global operating model. The work sat between governance, systems, and adoption.

STAY CLOSE TO THE WORK

## Follow the thinking behind the work.

I write about the patterns behind the work: CRM, AI, commercial process, M&A integration, reporting, governance, and the operating layer behind revenue performance.

No noise. Just useful thinking when there is something worth sending.
