Who I am

What data I collect and why

Website usage data When you visit this site, technical data is collected including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and visit duration. Legal basis: consent.

Contact form submissions When you fill out a contact form, I collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest / consent.

Email communications If you subscribe to updates or communications, I store your email address and communication preferences. I may use analytics to understand email engagement (opens, clicks). Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

CRM data I maintain a professional contact database for relationship management purposes. This includes publicly available professional information and notes from interactions. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can request removal at any time.

How long I keep your data

• Website analytics data: per cookie expiry or until consent is withdrawn

• Contact form data: as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up

• Email subscription data: until you unsubscribe

• CRM data: until you request removal

Who I share data with

I use the following third-party services: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Cloudflare. I do not sell your personal data to any third party.
