Who I am

This website is operated by Tobias Pasma, an individual based in Sweden. For privacy-related matters, I am the data controller. Contact: tobias@tobiaspasma.com

 

What data I collect and why

Website analytics & engagement data Technical data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and visit duration. This data helps us understand how visitors use the site and, through HubSpot Research Intent, infer research behavior and interests.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (analytics) / consent (Research Intent cookie placement).

Contact form submissions When you fill out a contact form, I collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: consent.

Email communications If you subscribe to updates or communications, I store your email address and communication preferences. I may use analytics to understand email engagement (opens, clicks).
Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

CRM data I maintain a professional contact database including names, email addresses, job titles, company information, publicly available professional information and notes from professional interactions. This is used for relationship management purposes.
Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can request removal at any time.

Research Intent & behavioral tracking HubSpot's Research Intent tool tracks your engagement with website content (pages visited, time spent, content interactions) to infer your research interests and buying stage. This data is collected via cookies and supplemented with third-party intent signals sourced by HubSpot.
Legal basis: legitimate interest. Data is retained per HubSpot's data retention policy and used for account-based targeting and lead scoring.

 

How long I keep your data

  • Website analytics data: per cookie expiry or until consent is withdrawn

  • Contact form data: as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up

  • Email subscription data: until you unsubscribe

  • CRM data: until you request removal

 

Who I share data with

I use the following third-party services: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Cloudflare. I do not sell your personal data to any third party.
